Finishing
We’re so excited to announce our newest division, Synergy Finishing! Father/son team, Tim and Jason McCarty, are coming on board to take our homes from drywall stage to handing you the keys. Tim is the president of the division, and will be responsible for R&D, process efficiency, general oversight, and project management. Jason is the crew leader, and will be responsible for day-to-day installation, quality control, and oversight of our finishing crews (which will be growing this spring...more to come on this!).
Tim owned his paint and flooring companies (Perfection Interiors & Ambassador Hardwood Floors) for 35 years; he brings a wealth of experience to our team. Jason has worked for his dad for over 6 years. He is a talented painter and loves hardwood floor installation. Both men are craftsmen and do impeccable work.
