Synergy is the interaction or cooperation of two or more agents to produce a combined effect greater than the sum of their separate effects. We are two pretty different guys who found that we work really well together, and believe that we each offer our clients a specialized set of skills.

Michael has been in the trades since high-school, and ran a successful remodel/building company on his own for twelve years. You can trust that any project he takes on will be completed with excellence and a careful eye. Sam spent two years as a trim carpenter under the region's finest trim carpenter, and three years as a new home project manager for a premier builder in the Warsaw area. Before that, he was a pastor for fifteen years and an education administrator for a major Christian university.
