Introducing Refresh by Synergy
Growing up in Warsaw, I’ve come to appreciate the false springs we get every year. Almost-golfing weather, followed by a week of snow and gloom is a trademark of our state. They may be few and far between, but those days are refreshing, and remind us that warmer weather is right around the corner.
Spring is powerful because it gives us a chance to start over. We rake the leaves out of our shrubs, check on the bulbs we planted last fall, and begin planting the garden. We open our windows and let the fresh air in. We hope to bring the transformational power we see outside, indoors. So we buy a gallon of paint, scrub our appliances, and take a load of treasures to Goodwill.
The ritual activities associated with spring cleaning can go a long way towards making our homes feel new. But sometimes the change they make just isn’t substantial enough, and it’s time to start thinking about remodeling. Major renovations have their place – we’ve done several in our first two years, and love the results! They can completely transform your space, giving you a new home feel without the move. They are deeply rewarding, but living in a construction zone poses its own unique challenges (who doesn’t love washing dishes in the tub?). So…what do you do if you’re ready for a change, but not ready for a large-scale renovation?
We are excited to announce a new division of Synergy Partnerships: Refresh by Synergy. The mission of Refresh is to deliver major impact with minimum inconvenience. This division doesn’t make structural alterations to your space (like moving walls); instead, we make powerful changes in a tight time-frame on an attainable budget. For instance, we can refresh your kitchen by replacing your existing counter with beautiful, zero-maintenance quartz. We will install a new sink, faucet, and cabinet pulls, and tie it all together with a new backsplash. Once selections are made, and the job is scheduled, we can be in and out in less than two weeks, and you’ll probably only be without your sink for a couple of days.
There are several other potential target spots; things like: the master bathroom, exterior siding, landscaping, kitchen cabinets, lighting, shingles, etc. In the coming weeks we will be highlighting changes in the construction industry over the past five to ten years that can help you refresh the look, feel, and function of key areas of your home. We are excited to see what this year holds for this new division. We are booking for our spring and summer, so contact us today to schedule a consultation!
